The Siolim Cooking School, founded by Lucie Masson in Siolim, Goa, conducts various 1-day cooking courses as well as 3-4 day intensive workshops. They're using the Vacation Labs product to manage all their online & offline bookings. For bookings made online, a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required while the rest can be paid in cash at the beginning of the class.

Vacation Labs powers the online booking system for Raconteur Walks, Mumbai. The complete booking amount is collected online before confirming the booking. Reminder emails are automatically sent out 24 hours before the walk reminding participants about the meeting point & contact details of the tour guide.

Trip Buffet is an online travel company aggregating & marketing various activities & tours in Goa & Mumbai. Vacation Labs powers the online booking system for Trip Buffet, which consists of many different kinds of trips with different kinds of booking rules. Some trips require complete amount to be paid at the time of booking, whereas some trips allow a confirmation by paying only a partial amount online. Many trips have optional add-ons, like, taxi transfers, that are offered to the customers during the booking process.
Trip Buffet's website is built using an in-house CMS (content management system) and they use our API to integrate with our booking system. This offers them the maximum flexibilty and control over the integration points.
